Working it out

Although I am not currently training for a race, I'm still working out. Last week I worked out Monday - Thursday in the gym. I weight-trained each day and did 10-15 minutes of cardio each of those 4 days. I didn't workout Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

My goal this week is to do the same thing. I was successful and made it to the gym this AM and I'm already packed for Tuesday. I'll try and go for a run on Saturday morning as well so that I can keep up my pace in that arena of my life.

I still haven't decided if I am going to run the Peachtree Road Race. I'll start training for it come early May and make a decision after a month of training.
