Week 5, Day 3
This morning's workout was much
better, no easier, than yesterday. I did a 2 mile run/walk, but I didn't push myself as I did yesterday. Recall that the indoor track is 8 laps for 1 mile. I walked 4, jogged 8, sprinted 2, and walked 2. I concluded with an abdominal workout and stretched.
