I did my normal stretch & strengthen this morning. Now, I'm looking at the training guide trying to determine what I'm going to do over the next 8 days. I think I'm going to adjust the days based on going backwards from race day since I'm so close to the day. I really want to get in one more long run and incorporate some hills. I'll do that tomorrow.
Tuesday - 5 mile run Wednesday - stretch & strengthen Thursday - 3 mile run Friday - rest Saturday - 30 min cross Sunday - 2 mile run Monday - rest Tuesday - rest Friday - 10K race
