10K Week 2, Days 4, 5, & 6

Wow, so it wasn't my intent to not post the past few days, but life got busy. I have been doing my training despite not updating blog.

On day 4 of this week I ran 2 miles and weight trained in the gym. I did everything on my list except for crunches. I did crunches on Day 3.

Day 5 was a day of rest as always. Simply lovely.

Today, day 6, I rode the stationery bike for 20 minutes on the hill profile and I walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill.
