Week 7, Day 4

My goal this morning was to run the 2 miles indicated on my training guide in under 20 minutes. I was 14 seconds over my goal, not too bad.

I need to adjust my schedule next week because my race is on Saturday. The training guide has the race on Sunday. I'm going to adjust Tuesday's 3 mile run to Monday and and Thursday's 2 mile run to Wednesday. That way I'll have the 2 rest days, Thurs. & Fri. before the race day on Saturday.
