I wonder if I'm hindering my progress, so close to race day, by taking advantage of these rest or run/walk days. Well, I can't help it. It must be the early time change that's doing me in. I just can't seem to get enough sleep these past few days. Monday and today I needed to be awakened by the alarm clock and it didn't go off until 6:25 am. Generally, I'm in bed and asleep between 10 and 10:15 pm and I have no trouble falling asleep. My body must need the rest.
Anywho, I didn't run this morning which is fine because my schedule states "rest or run/walk."
